Shipping Policy

Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped on Saturdays, Sundays or on holidays.


Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase! We hope that you are happy with it. But if you are not, we want to make the return process as easy as possible.

Grab your order number from the enclosed picking slip and let’s get started.

How to make a return:

Please email with your order number and last name in the subject line.

In the body of the email, include your full name, phone number, and the reason for return:

  • Didn’t fit
  • Decided not to keep it
  • Not as expected
  • Arrived too late
  • Damaged in shipping
  • Wrong item shipped
  • Duplicate shipment
  • Other (please describe)


Once we get your email, we will issue you a RETURN AUTHORIZATON (RA) number and send you a call tag – which is a prepaid return shipping label.

We want to process your return and refund smoothly, so please do not send back the product without getting an RA number or your call tag. If you send us an email over the weekend, look for your reply with 1-2 business days.

If you would rather talk to us instead of sending an email, call 1-800-783-4684 to speak to one of our customer service reps. We are open 8:30am to 5:00pm EST, Monday to Friday. Please have your picking slip ready so that we can reference your order.

Once we get your item back, we will issue a refund.


What if I want to exchange this purchase for a different size or color?

Simply place a new order. You do not need to wait to return the item. We want to get the right product to you as fast as possible! We will credit you once we get back the item you’d like to exchange.

It’s important to us that you are happy with your purchase and our customer support so that you can get out on the water to enjoy your new MTI!
